The Rere is the world’s most innovative and fastest Adventure racing packraft.
By itself, it’s super fast. The Rere though can be tethered together with another Rere to put four paddlers in-line, making this packraft up to 20% faster than any other packraft. The unique split stern design allows two Rere to be attached together in a way that allows the packrafts to perform as a single packraft. Directional control is still excellent while being super fast. Having four paddlers work together also means you can have a team-member sleep while three people are paddling, maintaining great speed.
This packraft was developed with significant input from Team FEAR Youth who are using these packrafts to race all over the world.
The Rere is currently not a self-bailer. We are working though on a switchable bailing system to make this packraft even more incredible. When its ready, this switchable (turn it on / turn it off) bailing system will be able to be easily retrofitted to existing Rere packrafts.
The Rere comes with a removable inflatable floor that can be used if you want to displace water in a whitewater environment when water is coming onboard.
The images currently show an integrated floor on the prototype packraft. We abandoned this idea due to weight and went with a removable floor instead. As soon as we can, we’ll have new images available.
